Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original minimalist packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
